The movie was F-ing great. Your review was on the money. Heath's joker was phenominal and I'm happy Rachel "maggie" died, I couldn't stand that biatch.

I loved that thank you for smoking movie.

Koko, saw the movie. Excellent!! Did you catch the preview for the Watchman Movie by Frank Miller? What's that about?

Wow......I'm Jacked to go see it.

Fantastic Review! I have read several reviews of the film but this one was out of this world. I love the comparison's and alliterations and the review kept me intrigued and wanting to see the movie.

I never thought a Batman movie could top the first one in my mind...but it sounds like this one has a chance.

By the way.....Rich we need a spoiler alert next time.........

Yeah, movie foul Rich. Too new to give shit away.

Thanks for the compliments guys. That movie was outstanding.

I liked Thank You For Smoking too Rich. When I saw that Aaron Eckhart was playing Dent, I new he'd be great in part becasue of that movie.

Scotty, Watchmen was a 12 part comic miniseries back in 1986-87, which was then compiled into a graphic novel. I know it looks like Frank Miller's style but it's not. It was written by Alan Moore, he did V For Vendetta and From Hell.

Most critics hold Watchmen as the greatest graphic novel ever written. I've actually never read it but it's suppose to be legendary. I was thinking about picking it up but I'm not sure I care enough about the characters.

It's about an alternate 1985 where Nixon is still president on an unlimited term and the Watchmen are a group of rouge vigilantes protecting the city, but by their own rules. Only one of them actually has super powers, Mr. Manhattan. The rest are Batman like.

It looked liked a cool movie. There was a character, in the preview, that looked like Batman.

Yeah his name is Night Owl, his design was inspired by Batman.

Good review Kokoa , I really can't think of another comic book adaptation better than this.Great movie, the only thing I never like is that fake tough guy voice Bale does when he turns to Batman, does donning the suit automatically give him a deep grungy voice ala Slipknot or does it come with a throat cancer voice box.....
That shit is just too fake !

I knew you were going to say that Juan, but actually it's a device Batman uses so his real voice can't be detected. Bruce Wayne and Batman know some of the same people.

That started in Batman: The Animated Series. The best cartoon ever. Aired in the 90's on Fox. Kevin Conroy the voice actor used two distinctly different voices for Batman and Bruce Wayne.
