This Mortal Kombat trailer has leaked onto the internet, but it is not clear whether this is a trailer for new movie or a new video game. Most likely it's for a game because the biggest game convention is right around the corner, but I think it would make a kick ass movie too.

Interesting. Flipping the story around. Might be cool. The fight scene looked a little gay though.
Yeah, I have to agree with Rich, fight seen was a little homo-erotic. But i did spot Jeri Ryan (Seven of Nine) and Michael Jai White (Spawn) just to round out the geekness.
I don'tget why the fight scene was gay.
Have you ever watched UFC? Now that's gay!
I actually think movie...no justice in previous ones and the cult followers might want some justice...looked good to me
Yeah I'm hoping for movie too, I really like the spin they took on it, bringing it into a more realistic realm.
The fantasy stuff just didn't translate very well to live action.
and please no corny Raiden one liners...they have no place in a movie whose plot is a no holds barred deathmatch..keep the serious, dark-knight theme in the windshield and cheezyness in the rear view mirror
