I'm siding with Coach Spo!! LeDouche is just that, a douche. Sad to see DWade be his lap dog.

For you non-facebookers, Lindsey & I went to the Heat @ Magic game last Wed night. I let me anger towards LeDouche & Chris Douche spew. I have never (not that I remembered anyway) been so vulgar or obscene at a game before (and that is saying something.)

We sat in the last row of the upper bowl in my $120 face value seat and let loose! Funny, it didn't even bother Lindsey as she even got into it later on. We screamed lots of obscenities towards the Heat. "Chris Bosh is a fag!" "LeBron sucks dick!" "Bosh sucks LeBron!" Lindsey even came up with "South Beach guys take it in the ass!" When the guy in front of us turned around a couple times, Lindsey questioned his manhood and basically called him a fag also. It was pretty effin great. Of course we boo'd every time LeDouche touched the ball. Oh, there was a game going on? Ya damn right the Magic took care of business on the court!

The above articles have it nailed. LeDouche is trying to take the heat off of himself. It's the players' fault the team hasn't won more games. They're throwing the coach under the bus. DWade will quickly lose respect around the league with his quote “I’m not going to say he’s ‘my guy,’ but he’s my coach.” I've heard DWade say exactly the opposite before when he said something along the lines of 'Spo is my guy.' Spo has done a lot without a lot of talent in his past 2 years as head coach. People are coming to the arenas to watch the Heat fail. I did, but moreso to watch my team win...but I sure gave the Heat and everybody around me an earful of hate.

LeDouche! He sounds just like Randy Moss sending back his Cold Potatoes and bossing lower people around.

However, Sully I applaud your fandom but it almost sounds like you took it a bit too far? When people that are rooting for the same team as you look at you in disgust you might have taken it a bit too far....not to mention there might have been little ears around that the guy didn't want hear faggot and the sorts. Either way kudos on getting your girl to get rowdy at a sporting event as well.....that is awesome!

Thanks Keith, and you're kinda right. The guy used "kids" as an excuse saying there were kids to his right. We looked down his row & if there were kids, we didn't see them. That's when Lindsey gave him shit, questioning his manhood. He didn't turn around anymore.

We did notice 1 kid a few seats to our left, but his parents didn't ask us to stop.

Also, lots of people were laughing at what I was yelling. In an ode to an old school Orlando Solar Bears (hockey team for you newbies to Orlando) chant whenever a Heat player made a shot, I'd yell "Aaaaaaand you still suck!"

You belong in Philly.

haha Rich. I think I stuck out in the new Amway Arena.

Another article. I was waiting for a Jason Whitlock article! He's not afraid to bash a black athlete. He makes a great point on Michael Vick!

Sully, who's afraid to bash a black athelete?

Vick has been torn apart for what he did. LeBron has been crucified, Tiger certainly did not get a pass.

What are you talking about?

Double S said...

Koko, saying that Whitlock doesn't hold back. He's not afraid to call someone out. He says what's on his mind even if others think it but don't want to say it b/c they probably in the end want to be friends with the athletes they're writing about. He'll call people "ghetto" if they are.

Prosthetic Johnson said...

Jason Whitlock is also black.

theJUANdiggler said...

Yea Whitlock is black sully.
Dude if I didnt know you and had my kids with me with little Wade jerseys on and you were screaming that rubbish I would have beat your ass down.
Cmon sully , get the HEAT shlong outt ya mouth !

Keith G. said...

I sure hope Sully was aware of Whitlock's....what do I say race..skin color?? Whatever, the correct word why even the discussion on it?

And......Juan I didn't know you had kids? Does Jen know?

Double S said...

Of course I know Whitlock is a black man. He's about the only black columnist that will call out the black athlete.

Juan, what you may not realize is that the Heat are hearing this in every arena they visit. I'm not the lone soldier!

Koko said...

Sean that an absurd comment. First of all how many black columnist do you even read?

And in today's media it's not like anyone pulls any punches no matter what the skin color.

Michael Wilbon is not shy about saying what he feels and even though I can't stand him, Stephen A. Smith is not known for his restraint either.

If you're a writer or personality in the media today you won't keep your job very long by driving in the middle of the road.

theJUANdiggler said...

I doubt people are shouting , "Bosh takes it in the ass" around kids.
And dont tell me there were no children in an entire section , that's absurd.
If fell you like this is the right thing to do and thats being a good fan , then you do what you want.
But dont ever be surprised if acting like a 12 yr old gets your shit kicked in one day.
Your 30 yrs old Sully , really???

Double S said...

Juan, are you mad b/c you're a Heat fan and this is happening to your team? The Heat have become the hated Yankees of the NBA.

We were in the last row. There was one teenage kid about 15 feet from us, but no other kids. With how expensive those tickets were, I'd expect most parents didn't bring their kids to the game.

Koko, I read Whitlock the most of any African-American journalists because I see his articles the most. I enjoy reading his take on events.

Koko said...

I understand that you enjoy his articles Sean, nobody's debating that.

But he's not some revolutionary rebel who takes on the black athlete. Athletes are held accountable in the media no matter what color they are, or what color the reporter is.

I could give a rats ass that my team is hated. I actually like it.
Mt team is constantly covered now unlike before and unlike the Magic who everyone knows is gonna loose eventually on a nrevous turnover from VC , or free throw from dwight.
Im simply questioning your choice of shouted words.
I saw you at that game and was much more sober than you , you were a drunkin wreck.
Only one kid in an entire section , no one is gonna believe that Sully.

Regs said...

Sully,

I actually thought that you were joking when you said that you said those things. Now that I am reading your responses, I get the feeling that you aren't.

It is not funny at all to act like a spoiled child at any event. I guarantee that even magic fans thought you were an embarassment.

One reason that I sometimes avoid bringing my kids to certain sporting events is the fear that some drunken idiot will yell out something over the top to get laughs.

it is pretty sad when one of "those guys" is my friend.

Koko said...

Dude, Sully you are taking a worse beating than The Heat for this post.

I don't like what you did either, but I do applaude your honesty in writing about it.

So I guess I'm saying you should not behave like an asshat in public, but if you do, definitely let us know.

And to the rest of you, yeah Sully's actions at a sporting event may be reprehensible but every single one of us on this site have had "glass house" moments in public on more than one occasion.

Just be careful how hard you toss those stones.

Double S said...

Now I'm feeling the heat from my friends (pun intended.) Sorry you all feel that way but I'm not backing down from this.

Koko, thanks for backing me up a little. I could write a book on all of my crazy nights...if only I could remember the details of how they went down.

Rob, yes it's all true. I wouldn't lie to my friends.

Juan, yes I had become intox before the game. Ran into one of my dad's friends at Hamburger Mary's before the game and he bought 2 shots each of Yager for Lindsey & I. I hate Yager & didn't want to take them but how could I say no? I'm not blaming my screaming at the Heat on the alcohol. I was ready to let off some steam & show my disapproval of LeDouche's actions prior to alcohol getting in my system.

I do have to ask what's with the violence? You wrote of violence against another fan in two of your comments. That's not what I'm going for. I wasn't abusing any Heat fans. I made a joking comment to you & Jen about your Heat jerseys, something like "C'mon, really?" when I saw you at halftime but I wasn't talking shit or getting personal to/with any Heat fans. I wasn't saying "you suck for liking the Heat" or anything like that. All was directed towards the players.

I don't see any problem with what you did sully. Of course ur gonna offend people at a HEAT game by yelling "fag".....the stands are filled with HEAT fans, AKA.....FAGS! like it's the first time the kids heard the word fag!? PLEASE! ......next time you find the nearest/youngest kid you can at the game sully, get right in face and call him a fag! Then punch his father and spit on his mother! Now that would be inapropriate!

I will not bash you JakeSully for feeling what you feel, but if you dont think that there is anything wrong with how you conducted yourself in public then this Dojo and the comments have no hope for you. When in doubt, picture your family or my family sitting with us and tell me again you would act like that and say those things. Personal attacks on players and having no respect for others at a sporting event is not American, it might be like soccer in any other country, but it is not American. Always conduct yourself with class, especially with a lady..regardless if she gave in to your peer "drunken" pressure. All that Juan was saying, I believe, is that you can say what you want but if someone wants to eff you up, you better deal with it when you incite animosity.

theJUANdiggler said...

Nice one goat , you fag.
Sorry if were ganging up on you Sulls. No hard feelings , we come to expect outrages things from you , just be careful who is around when you do it man. Thats all.
I know there is a lot of hate from Magic fans. It must be frustrating, hahaha

Koko said...

Whoa, hold on there Juan just what are you ha ha ha-ing about? Last I checked The Magic are 14-4 and the Heat are 12-8.

That's only 1.5 games better than my Knicks.

FOR SHAME!!!!!

Double S said...

Advice from Johnny5 about females? Didn't see that coming. Just kidding J5. It is good advice though about "Always conduct yourself with class, especially with a lady."

Thanks GOAT, but I'm not a violent person & I wouldn't spit on people. Calling a kid a fag? Now, that'd be funny. Think Dane Cook's "Legacy" joke about slapping ice cream out of a kid's hand.

http://www.entertonement.com/clips/fhscpdpqdp--Legacy-with-Ice-CreamComedy-Dane-Cook-Retaliation-Dane-Cook-

I was gonna say it earlier but somehow this escaped me. In my opinion, I think the Magic fans have the second most animosity against LeDouche of any fanbases behind only the Cavs. He went from a team we knew we matched up well against and can beat, to forming the super team within our division. That gives us the reason to hate more than other fanbases.
