Jennifer Hudson and CBS absolutely butchered my favorite moment of the entire tournament. After such a great game I have never been so disappointed in a One Shining Moment. Absolutely Horrible! I got up and didn't even finish watching this One Shining Moment. How can you screw something like that up so bad. Absolutely inexcusable. Boo and Two Thumbs down to Jennifer Hudson.

Lutha is passe`. It was a good game you have to agree.
I agree...the whole moment was ruined for me just knowing that it ruined it for you, RocKeith..some things don't need updating. There's something about the hairs on the back of your neck standing up when a guy sings such an emotional song about the culmination of all those young men's journey, their trials and tribulations. To have a female completely sing the whole song, and to log face time doing it should have been reserved for the Womens' UCONN team. Every single cut scene to Hudson robbed from me images and emotions I may have missed during the tournament. Maybe this defamation of something so pure is why it's called March "Madness".
I can't find it. Can somebody post a link to the song so I can judge for myself.
To be completely honest, Lutha's version is better and I agree with Blaze that they showed too much of Hudson during the montage. Although Hudson does have a good voice the whole nostolgic feeling of the older song brings out the goose bumps.
