Alright team, it's been a while since we've played and I just want to remind everyone that we are still very much in the race for the championship. We control our own destiny here. We've only played 4 games, one less than the Sharks who we must defeat tonight to mantain control of our fate.

I know we'll all be really pumped for tonight's face off, but beware of pressing too hard. This is something we been guilty of many a time after a long layoff like this. Let's just go out there and make sure that we make solid contact on all of our ABs. Don't try swinging for the fences. Just put the ball in play and make the defense work.

And on defense keep that ball in front of you at all costs. It's the doubles and triples that have been killing us lately.

We can do it boys, remember when we're hitting on all cylinders we're as good as any team in the league.
