Pseudo-Mock Draft

Ladies and gentlemen, before I release my selections I would like to point out a few things. First of all, I want to make it abundantly clear that this is NOT necessarily who I think each team will take ( I call this the Detroit Lions Rule, because it is impossible for me to even fathom some of the retarded things that certain teams do). Second, it is not necessarily my rankings of the players. I took individual team needs into account. The list is quite simply a representation of what I would do if I were making the pick for each team based on who is left, who could be there later, team need, scheme, and potential best player. So, without further ado, here is my 2008 pseudo-mock draft. Enjoy!!!!

A couple of suggestions for trades;
--If I were Tennessee or Washington, I would try to trade my 1st round pick for Chad Johnson.

--If I were Minnesota, I would try to trade my 1st Round pick to Philly for Donovon McNabb. (Childress used to be his OC, remember? And Philly picked a QB last year.)

--If I were Dallas (especially if they get Pacman), I would package my 22 and 28 selections to the Raiders for number 4 and take McFadden.
--I think New England and Atlanta should work out a trade sending the Pats 1st round pick (7th overall) for all three of Atlanta’s 2nd round picks. (It works out on the trade chart). I feel both teams would do it. Atlanta should then take Sedrick Ellis, giving them Ellis and Ryan. New England would be getting depth with 3 second- rounders. Atlanta needs stars, not depth.

Damn, move over Mel Kiper Jr., Nice Job Rob!

Hey have you noticed lately that Mel Kiper is looking a lot like the Vigo character from Ghostbusters II after he gets pushed back into the painting and is all deformed.

Just a weird observation.

I feel you koko, ha ha. Hey Rob, seems you got a lot of free time on your hands. Why dont you pick up some overtime and buy me a couple of shots next week since I can't make the game this week. I'm slaving the graveyard shift this week.

Nice mock Rob, as a dolphin fan though i think J Long is the choice more so cause they don't believe S Baker will be available in 2nd, and if Q Grooves is there at our first 2nd they wont let him pass, he has been in for private wrkouts and is a better prospect than M Jenkins who i do like bythe way. I see your pack goin for B Brohm...lol, no faith in your boy ARODGERS huh .I hate passing on C Long though, id rather have him then get Baker in 2nd.

Sweet Mock Draft......I still dont feel Ted Thompson is going with A QB in the 1st rd especially after all they have invested in A-Rodge.

FYI-Watch out FLA the Pack is invading Raymond James and JAX this year.......Chesseheads Unite!!!!

Good job Rob.

Only one point that I disagree with, we all know that ATL needs a QB, but they skidish about taking another QB in the first after the last one that we took, we all know how that is playing out. These are just my thoughts on the matter.

J Dub, your thoughts suck.

Well at least it is just my thoughts that suck.
